Before Your Detail

There are some important things we want you to know before your vehicle detail service.

Exterior

  • Any loose, leaking, or damaged areas should be made known by the vehicle owner to the shop representative checking in your vehicle.
  • Non functioning or improperly functioning areas of the vehicle should be made known.
  • Truck beds should be completely emptied prior to your dropping off the vehicle.
  • Lifted or raised beyond factory height is an additional service fee.

    • Interior

  • We do not clean human or animal waste, including but not limited to - blood, feces, urine, and vomit. If not disclosed, vehicle service will be stopped and deposit will not be refunded.
  • Non functioning or improperly functioning areas of the vehicle should be made known.
  • Excessive soiling will be additionally billed. If you think your vehicle will fall under this policy, please check with the attendant prior to leaving at drop off.
  • Valuables and fire arms must be removed. Found valuables will be bagged and inside your vehicle upon pick up.
  • Large items or items 15lbs or heavier must be removed prior to drop off.
  • Seat covers should be removed if you wish the area to be cleaned under the cover. Seat cover removal and/or installation by us is additional.
  • Trunk areas should be emptied prior to your dropping off the vehicle.
  • Package pricing includes one full set of floor mats. Additional floor mats will be charged additionally.


    • We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe or other qualifying reasons.
